WBA HVAC Supply wants you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains eligibility for returns, refunds, and cancellations for orders placed on WBAHVACSupply.com.

1) Return & Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund:

Items must be new, unused, and uninstalled, and returned in original packaging with all included parts, manuals, and accessories.

Items must be returned in resalable condition (no writing on cartons, no missing components, no damage from handling or installation).
If an item is returned and does not meet these conditions, it may be refused or subject to a reduced refund.
2) Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, the following are typically non-returnable:

Items that have been installed, used, or modified

Special order items (if applicable)

Items marked final sale or non-returnable

Items returned without original packaging or missing parts/accessories

Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

3) How to Request a Return

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send returns without authorization.
4) Return Shipping & Fees

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or confirmed shipping damage.

Some items may require freight return shipping due to size/weight. Freight return costs can be significant.

A restocking fee of [up to 25%] may apply to returned items (especially for large HVAC equipment or freight-shipped items). Any applicable restocking fee will be disclosed during the return approval process.
5) Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refunds typically process within [5–10] business days after inspection/approval

Shipping charges (if any were paid) are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund.
6) Damaged or Missing Items (Delivery Issues)
Please inspect items immediately upon delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect:

Provide photos of the packaging, labels, and damaged item(s)
We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, parts shipment, or claim support as applicable.
7) Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order:

If the order has not shipped, we will typically cancel and refund the order.

If the order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return and return shipping/restocking fees may apply.
8) Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges for all items. In most cases:

You return the original item (if eligible)

Then place a new order for the correct item
This helps prevent delays, especially for equipment availability.
9) Incorrect Orders / Compatibility
HVAC equipment must be properly matched for safe and effective operation. If you ordered the wrong item due to sizing or compatibility needs, you may still be eligible for a return if the item is new, unused, and uninstalled, but return shipping and restocking fees may apply.
