Shipping Policy

WBA HVAC Supply is pleased to offer free shipping on qualifying orders placed through WBAHVACSupply.com. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works, what to expect for delivery, and what you should do when your order arrives.

1) Free Shipping Offer

Free shipping applies to qualifying orders shipped to eligible delivery areas in the contiguous United States (“lower 48”), unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Free shipping may apply to:

  • HVAC equipment and components sold on our site, including condensers, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, coils, and heat kits (when eligible)

 

Free shipping may not apply to:

  • Orders requiring special handling, liftgate service, appointment delivery, inside delivery, re-delivery, or other accessorial freight services (these may be quoted separately)

  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations (if offered)

  • Any order where the shipping address is outside our standard service area, as shown at checkout

 

If an order does not qualify for free shipping, shipping costs (if any) will be shown during checkout.

2) Processing Time

Most orders are processed within [1–3] business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may vary based on product availability and order verification.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

3) Shipping Method & Delivery Type

Because HVAC products can be large and heavy, shipments may be delivered by:

  • Parcel carriers (small items/parts), or

  • Freight carriers (larger items such as condensers, furnaces, air handlers, coils, and system components)

 

Freight deliveries are typically curbside deliveries. The carrier delivers to the curb or end of driveway where accessible.

Important: Carriers generally do not move shipments into garages, homes, or mechanical rooms unless “inside delivery” is arranged (additional cost).

4) Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines depend on item type and destination. Typical transit time is [3–7] business days after shipment, but may be longer for freight deliveries, rural areas, or during peak carrier seasons.

All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

5) Address Accuracy & Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • A complete and accurate shipping address

  • A phone number where the carrier can reach you (especially for freight)

  • Any access notes (gated access, narrow streets, delivery restrictions)

 

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details or an inaccessible delivery location, the carrier may charge re-delivery fees. Those fees are the customer’s responsibility.

6) Freight Appointments, Liftgate, and Special Services

Some freight deliveries require:

  • Appointment scheduling

  • Liftgate service (if you don’t have a dock or forklift)

  • Limited access fees (construction sites, schools, remote areas)

 

Free shipping covers standard delivery only. Accessorial services may incur additional charges. If needed, we will contact you before shipping to confirm and collect any additional fees.

7) Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email when available. Freight tracking may show fewer scans than parcel tracking—this is normal.

If you need help locating a shipment, contact customercare@wbahvacsupply.com with your order number.

8) Inspecting Your Delivery (Very Important)

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival before signing:

  • Check the packaging and product for visible damage

  • If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos

  • If damage is severe, refuse the shipment and contact us right away

 

If you sign for a delivery without noting damage, carriers may deny damage claims.

9) Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect:

  • Email customercare@wbahvacsupply.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number, photos of packaging/product, and a description of the issue

 

We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, parts shipment, or claim support as applicable.

10) Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit shipping to certain service areas

  • Cancel or hold orders due to address verification issues, fraud prevention, or carrier limitations

  • Substitute carriers as needed to complete delivery

 

11) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
